Skylight TPU Film PPF

Skylight TPU film PPF is a kind of new type design of window solar film for car roof window, but it is different from traditional window solar film. TPU base film is the core material in the skylight TPU film PPF construction. We POLYSAN adopt good quality TPU thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer from Lubrizol SMM301 base material, the formed aliphatic TPU film is with high grade anti-yellowing, and excellent weatherability for car roof window. We adopt Ashland pressure sensitive adhesive from the USA, low initial adhesion and strong holding adhesion, easy pasting operation and peeling without residual glue. The heat insulation mixed in the adhesive, shows light blue color, to ensure the excellent performance for UV blocking, heat insulation.

Skylight TPU film PPF is 7.5 mil thickness aliphatic TPU film, 5 times thicker than traditional window solar film. The Skylight TPU film PPF , act as sunroof ice armor, is a kind of heat-absorbing film, which absorbs heat in the film to prevent heat from being conducted into the car through the glass, effective cooling in summer season .

Skylight TPU film PPF is with ceramic material coating, without metal, no signal interference in the car.
