TPU polyurethane PPF car wrap film, plays high performance on self-healing, sourced from two parts，the base material TPU polyurethane film and nano-coating on the film surface. TPU polyurethane film is made from TPU thermoplastic elastomers, which one is a kind of high elastic polymer material, will be self-reduction under certain temperature. The nano-coating, contain high polymer active material, the coating will be quickly self-repairing after a strenuous exercise when scratched of the car body. The scratch mark will be self-healing under the function of 100℃ hot water or 200℃ baking gun. More especially, the scratch mark will be self-healing under the solarization in daily life.

Max thickness 9.5mil.with 5 different layers.

1. PET film will be peeled off before cutting

3. TPU polyurethane film, aliphatic polyurethane, high elongation and tensile, excellent anti-yellowing

4. Acrylic PAS, good initial adhesion and permanent adhesion
