EVA hot melt adhesive film and TPU hot melt adhesive film are two important types of hotmelt adhesive products in thermal adhesives. 1.  Differences in product characteristics

EVA hot melt adhesive film has poor washing resistance, and is not resistant to dry cleaning, high temperature resistance of 80 ^oC, and low temperature resistance of minus 20 ^oC;

TPU hot melt adhesive film has good washing resistance, high temperature resistance of 110^oC, low temperature resistance of minus 20 ^oC; Meantime, TPU hot melt film has relatively good tensile properties.

2.  Difference in melting point

There are three main melting points of EVA hot melt adhesive film, namely 80 ^oC, 90 ^oC and 110 ^oC. EVA hot melt adhesive film with a melting point of 80 ^oC is widely used.

There are many types of melting point of TPU hot melt adhesive film. The low melting point can reach 65 ^oC, and the high melting point is about 180 ^oC, which has a larger span and is more widely used!

3.  Differences in applicable industries:

EVA hot melt adhesive film is mainly used in sports goods such as EVA crafts, floor mats, pet materials, wall coverings, non-woven fabrics, photovoltaic panel materials, and diving suits.

TPU hot melt adhesive film is mainly used in: leather, shoe materials, microfiber, mobile phone leather cases, computer bags, jackets, sports fabrics, paper, ceramics, plastics, textiles and other industries.
