High waterproof breathable TPEE film is environmental plastic film material, can be collected and recycled together with polyester fabric material, comply with RoHS 2.0 and REACH standard, No 6P, CA65, flame retardant is optional , is widely applicated on outdoor clothing, jackets, jackets, ski suits, etc.

Product Introduction

POLYSAN high waterproof breathable TPEE film keeps high tensile strength, to ensure stable waterproof  10000 mmH2O M.P.R refer to JIS L 1092B , after lamination with fabric material. POLYSAN adopts special formulation of high waterproof breathable TPEE film to assure no blooming in film surface and keep stable breathability after lamination, printing and gluing.

POLYSAN produce high waterproof breathable, blown processed thickness as 0.01mm-0.030mm, with PE carrier, slipping film surface to avoid any sticky after long term warehouse .  

Production Feature

High waterproof breathable TPEE film is with high breathability, M.V.P. is above 60000 g/m2*24hrs refer to JIS L1099 B1 , and over 9000 g/m2*24hrs refer to ASTM E96 BW 2000.

High waterproof breathable TPEE film is high heat resistance, Max 200 OC, keeps stable waterproof performance after high temperature PUR glue lamination.
