Production Introduction

EVA Interlayer film for glass lamination is a kind of light translucent film on both surface before being heated, and shows ultra transparency ≥ 92 % after being cured by heating, for the high bonding strength with the glass. The glass laminated with EVA interlayer film is with high impact resistance and anti-breakage properties, which can effectively reduce the injuries caused by broken glass. Meanwhile, EVA interlayer film for glass lamination highly reduces noise transmission and improves sound effect, absorb UV rays, reduces heat transfer to improve heat insulation effect and reduce indoor and outdoor temperature difference.

POLYSAN successfully developed EVA interlayer film thickness range from 0.10mm-1.14mm, different color and pattern are optional.
