Anti-UV PVC Vinyl Sheet

PVC vinyl sheet is made of polyvinyl chloride raw material, which is polymer material formed by polymerization after a hydrogen atom in ethylene is replaced by chlorine. Anti-UV PVC vinyl sheet has non-flammability, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometry stability. 

PVC resin raw material is no anti-ultraviolet, poor heat-resistant,  is easily degraded under light, heat and oxygen. PVC vinyl sheet will be yellowing if exposed to ultraviolet light for long time, or will gradually be oxidized and degraded, which is the phenomenon of aging. In order to increase the ability of anti-ultraviolet, anti-oxidation and anti-aging，various additives are often added in the PVC vinyl plastic sheet calandering processing process, such as heat stabilizers, anti-aging agents, lubricants, plasticizers, colorants and so on.
