  PVC film, is a kind of thermal-sensitive material, the hardness will be changed following the change of temperature. PVC film, will be softer at high temperature, and be rigid at low temperature. The hardness of PVC film is up to the plasticizer contains.

The unit of PVC film hardness is PHR, or P. For example, 30PHR is mean PVC film 100kgs, contains 30% plasticizer 30kgs.
