The Vacuum Forming Process of TPU Film on the Shoe Sole

On the flat surface, TPU film is pasted by cold－pressing or hot-pressing.

On the curve surface, TPU film is pasted by the vacuum covering machine, because of the excellent elongation and tear strength.

The principle of the vacuum forming process of TPU film on the shoe sole:

1.       Heating the casting TPU film, sucked into the module to be forming under the vacuum condition, cooling and formed.

2.       Inject the middle sole material in to the module to be processed together with the TPU film shoe sole material.

3.       The incorporated shoe sole composite material is finished.

The vacuum forming of TPU film on shoe sole material is good substitute of traditional rubber shoe sole material, with better wear-resistance, comfort.
