TPU Composite

TPU film (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) can be made by blowing, casting, calendering or coating process, with high performance of good elasticity and toughness, wear resistant, freezing resistant, eco-friendly. 

There are two ways for the TPU composite: 

1. Post-lamination: TPU film firstly, then glue and laminate with other fabric. It is the second time to process the TPU film under high temperature and high pressure. Improper technology control will lead to the damage of the film or void. 

2. On-line lamination: Casting the TPU on the fabric, with glue or not. Made to be TPU composite/lamination.
