PVC Stabilizer

Following the rapid development of PVC material, there are two types as rigid PVC and soft PVC (flexible PVC), the PVC stabilizer plays great effort on the production of PVC film, which one widely applies to the car sunscreen film, mobile phone screen film, and cosmetics package. 

PVC material have to be made pretreatment when heat to 200℃,and stabilizer is necessary to be added to prevent or retard PVC from thermal decomposition. Compound lead salt stabilizer was widely used in the PVC production many years ago. Nowadays, PVC manufacturers use rare earth stabilizer as replacement, to comply with the ban-lead trend. Rare earth compound stabilizer is eco-friendly and high-performance.
