Plastic film curing is also called plastic film maturation. Curing process is the composite film placed in a drying room(curing chamber), to fully react between the main agent and the curing agent within a certain period of time to achieve the best composite strength of plastic film, and remove low-boiling residual solvent.

Curing control is mainly for the control of curing temperature and curing time, Different adhesive varieties with different curing temperatures and times. Appropriate curing time and temperature can ensure the performance of the adhesive and the strength of the plastic film material.

1. PET film, BOPA film, AL film, CPP film and other plastic films are with high heat resistance and high shrinkage temperature, high curing temperature. But lower curing temperature of LDPE film, BOPP film, EVA film, etc.

2. Longer curing time for plastic membrane product with high glue.

3. The curing time of plastic film in film roll package should be appropriately reduced.

4. The curing time of products with longitudinal convex ribs can be lengthened.

5. Appropriately extend the curing time if the thick plastic and large roll diameter.
