How to Restore Plastic Film ?

If the plastic film is not used temporarily after receiving, special attention should be paid on the restore of plastic film products. The correct way of restore plastic film ensures the stability of plastic film quality and performance.

1. Storage temperature: Plastic film should to store in a dry, ventilated and cool place, avoiding exposure to direct sunlight or high temperature environments. Recommended storage temperature range from 10°C to 30 °C.

2. Do not expose plastic film to UV rays and avoid direct sunlight. EVA film will be sticky and adhesive if prolonged exposure to sunlight. TPU film is easy to turn yellowing under UV light. Plastic film packaging should to choose dark plastic bags or boxes.

3. Please avoid excessive stacking, cause little deformation or scratches. Thin plastic film roll should be placed on cushions or protective covers to avoid direct contact with hard objects and prevent mechanical collisions to avoid deformation

POLYSAN film manufacturers suggest that film products should be bought and used immediately. Plastic film that have not been used for a long time should be stored in sealed bags and placed in a cool and dry place to prevent corrosion and pollution by oxygen, water vapor, dust, etc.
